String of 432 buttons from an Ohio estate via an antiques dealer in Florida. Purchased June 1, 2005. String was found inside a hand-thrown, 3-handled, bean pot with lid. String was rotted. Restrung, and several broken buttons and miscellaneous items left off. Buttons are restrung in original order. Touch button is a cut Cincinnati Industrial Exposition souvenir medal. Co Goodyear rubber, horn whistle, 3 black glass with blue luster dog chasing bird, black glass with buckle, Jacksonian cousin eagle looking over right wing, various oblong and trapezoid-shapes in different materials, brass running spaniel, black glass with goldstone, brass well, brass OHIO state seal coat button (M.
